International gathering of festival organizers 2026

On the final day of the festival, we hosted our annual gathering of festival organizers at Haus für Poesie. Over a brunch buffet, participants exchanged ideas on topics ranging from programming and event formats to audience development and public outreach.

The conversations sparked fresh perspectives, inspiring ideas, and valuable connections—exactly the kind of exchange that helps festivals grow and evolve.
