Abdulkarim Alahmad

Abdulkarim Alahmad, born 1992 in Syria, lives in Germany. He writes poetry, short stories and socio-political texts. His poems have been translated into more than twenty languages and published internationally. His most recent publications include contributions to the English anthology “Tripwire” and the German literary journal “Sinn und Form”. In 2023, he received the Ossi di Seppia International Poetry Prize (Italy) and an award from the Danish literary magazine Slagtryk.
