Aljaž Koprivnikar

Aljaž Koprivnikar, born 1987 in Ljubljana, Slovenia, is a poet, critic, translator, and literary organiser. His poetry explores intimacy, migration, the body, and fragile identities within the tensions and fractures of contemporary society, and has been translated into several languages. He publishes internationally and is active in various European literary projects. Publications: “Anatomija” (2019) and “(De)konstrukcije” (2026, forthcoming). His most recent award is the PONT Prize for a Promising Author of Intercultural Literature (2026).
