Anna Julian Mendlik

Anna Julian Mendlik (*1986), lives in Berlin. Mendlik has published poetry, essays and translations, and edited a volume of Queer Poetry. The latest publications include „Dante im Darkroom“ (2026) and „Pandoras Playbox“ (2022). In 2024 Mendlik co-curated the Festival "Coming Out, Inviting In" at the Literarisches Colloquium Berlin. Mendlik was awarded the Wolfgang-Weyrauch-Prize for Poetry (2021) and the Basler Lyrikpreis (2023). Mendliks poems have been translated into several languages.
