Mia You

Mia You, born in 1980 in Seoul, South Korea, grew up in Northern California, and now lives in Utrecht, The Netherlands. She is the author of the poetry collections “I Too, Dislike It” (1913 Press 2016) and “Festival” (Belladonna* 2025) as well as of the chapbooks “Objective Practice” (Achiote Press 2007), “Rouse the Ruse” and “the Rush” (Nion Editions 2023). She teaches at the Universiteit Utrecht and the Sandberg Instituut.
