Ron Winkler

Ron Winkler, born in Jena in 1973, lives in Berlin. With a penchant for hybrid writing, he is interested in punctual precision as well as expansive intertwining, the subtle rustling of the familiar as well as the influence of being overwhelmed by the present and language. His poetry is a plea for a constantly updated view on the irritating aspects of nature and society. Recently he published poetry collection “Unterwegs in der Verformung” / Dives in Deformation (Schöffling und Co. 2024). He has also edited several anthologies, most recently “Weißabgleich. Gedichte.” / White Balance. Poems.
