HAUS FÜR POESIE

Sophia Barthelmes, born in 1989 in Bayreuth, lives in Berlin. She works transdisciplinary in the field of language, in writing, performative and installative, collaborating with other genres and languages, and specializes in speaking choirs. She is a member of Versatorium, Association for Poetry and Translation, Vienna. Her most recent publications are “ein reim” (Matthes & Seitz 2025) and “immer drauf. Performative Textanalysen” (Ritter Verlag 2026). In 2025, she received the Literaturförderungspreis of the City of Graz.
