Yu-Sheng Tsou

Yu-Sheng Tsou, born in 1987 in Yilan, Taiwan, currently lives in Munich and is pursuing a PhD at LMU on esoteric Buddhist ritual thought. His poetry reflects on how poetic language is pursued by expressions as a quasi-text, thus becoming an accidental beginning of words. “The Rough Commentary on the Calendar of the Greatest Expansion” (Miaoli, 2014) is his Chinese-language poetry debut, and “die sich vereinende deckung” (ELIF Verlag, 2021) is his German-language debut.
