Sophia Barthelmes (born 1989 in Bayreuth) works transdisciplinarily in collaboration with practitioners from other artistic fields and languages, with a particular focus on spoken choirs. She is a member of Versatorium: Association for Poetry and Translation. Her most recent publications include ein reim (a rhyme, Matthes & Seitz, 2025) and immer drauf. Performative Textanalysen (Always On It: Performative Text Analyses, Ritter Verlag, 2026). Last year, she was awarded the City of Graz Prize for the Promotion of Literature.

Elke Cremer (born 1975 in Ludwigshafen) lives in Berlin, where she works as a freelance writer. She has received numerous awards, including the annual literary fellowship of the Baden-Württemberg Art Foundation and, on three occasions, the German Audio Description Award. Her recent publications include the poetry collections Aufriss ohne Häuser (KLAK Verlag 2022) and Die Brailleschrift der Birken (KLAK Verlag 2026), as well as her debut novel Heimgehen (Dörlemann Verlag 2026).

Verica Tričković (born 1961 in Nerav, Macedonia) lives in Isernhagen near Hanover, where she works as a poet, translator, and interpreter. Following two poetry collections in Serbian and two bilingual volumes published by Literaturverlag Leipzig, Als rettete mich das Wort (2011) and Im Steinwald (2016), her first collection written entirely in German, um | schrift, was published by gutleut verlag in 2022. This year, she was awarded the Alfred Gruber Prize in Merano.

Dženana Vucic (born 1991 in Konjic, Bosnia) is a Bosnian-Australian writer, editor, and critic. She lives in Berlin and writes poetry, fiction, and essays. Her debut poetry collection, after war, was published this year by UQP. For work on her novel, which explores the Bosnian War and its aftermath, she received a 2026 Berlin Senate work grant for non-German literature.
