lyrix is celebrating! In cooperation with Haus für Poesie, the poetry competition for children and young people honours the annual prizewinners of the current competition round in the 15–20 age group. Featuring the winning texts, the event offers a rich selection of outstanding young poetry from across Germany.

The lyrix competition has existed since 2008. In 2013, the project was designated one of Germany’s 20 national youth competitions, thereby closing an important gap in the field of poetic education.

The event takes place from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
