Twelve finalists will be reading their texts throughout the day in silent green's Kuppelhalle. Come by, catch the Open Mike fever, let yourself be swept away by prose and poetry, and be there live for the award ceremony at the end!

From over 600 submissions, four texts have been nominated for poetry and eight for prose:

Poetry:
Anastasia Averkova, Julia Blöcher, Dominik Kohl, Nea Schmidt

Prose:
Hannah Beckmann, Lilli Biller, Minda Deol, Amelie Hermann, Tabea Kroll, Emma Martschinke, Cornelius Müller, Lea Marie Rauser

Each finalist has 15 minutes to convince the audience and jury. Afterwards, the jury—Yevgeniy Breyger, Jackie Thomae, and Dana Vowinckel—will select two winners and award a total of €5,000 in prize money. In addition, the taz audience jury will select a winning text, which will be published in the taz newspaper.
