HAUS FÜR POESIE

Two decades of poetry that questions, takes a stand, intervenes, and reinvents itself. Since its founding in 2005—back then still as Verlagshaus J. Frank—Verlagshaus Berlin has stood for independent, socially engaged contemporary poetry that goes hand in hand with original illustration and typography. Together with the publishing trio Jo Frank, Andrea Schmidt, and Tillmann Severin, Haus für Poesie celebrates the 20th anniversary of this independent publishing house in fitting style: with readings and performances by ten Verlagshaus poets who will once again demonstrate the breadth of the publisher’s work on this evening.
